Service Description

If you have optical cover with your Private Health Fund insurer we can process your claim for contact lenses or a complete pair of glasses via Hicaps Go. New clients will need a prescription however, if you are already an existing client we are happy to reorder and deliver direct to your home address.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact us within 1hr prior to your appointment so that you can avoid a possible cancellation charge. We are very reasonable and understand that sometimes rescheduling is unavoidable.
